How your business was before you started working alongside Praemando and what struggles did you experience?

I felt very overwhelmed in my business; it’s just me so I found it very hard to keep on top of the work, respond to enquiries and also maintain a regular presence on social media.

What work does Praemando currently carry out for you?

Social media management, responding to enquiries and booking in appointments

How does your business operate differently now?

Due to the regular social media postings I am definitely receiving more enquiries and now Praemando deals with those enquiries I have more time to focus on the work that makes me the money.

Yes!

Have Praemando managed to take care of the previous struggles?

Yes, I definitely feel that I’m not pulled in different directions now. Praemando is taking care of my social media, enquiries and bookings though I’m no less busy as they have definitely helped increase the number of enquiries coming in!

How your business was before you started working alongside Praemando and what struggles did you experience?

I struggled wearing all of the different hats a one man band has to juggle. Answering calls, emails, marketing, social media whilst running a polygraph test was not always possible, so missing potential new business.

What work does Praemando currently carry out for you?

The Paremando team answer my calls and emails for me, process client payments and invoices, secure room bookings and research projects. During a business trip to the USA, when I arrived at my hotel I realised that I’d left my passport on the aircraft. With a connecting flight only a couple of days later the passport was reunited with me at the airport thanks to the Praemando team! They are unmatched and worth their weight in gold.

How does your business operate differently now?

They don’t need to be told about simple things, there is someone sensible dealing with the enquiries and Lindsay is great for bouncing new business ideas off of. As a one man band they are a great support to me; it’s lonely in business.

Yes

Have Praemando managed to take care of the previous struggles?

Praemando have eliminated all of my previous struggles so I can now focus on the higher level tasks that will elevate my business further.

I recommend them all of the time (although I shouldn’t as I want them all to myself!) Joking aside, I want the team to do well and they have done an excellent job for me.

Before starting with Praemando I was doing everything myself therefore I was struggling a lot and not doing anything properly i.e.:

  • Answering the telephone in the middle of other activities or on the street which is not very professional
  • I was taking orders, complaints and other calls on buses, on the street, while cleaning etc
  • Late replies to emails and enquiries
  • Lost first time clients due to not being able to take the calls or promptly reply to emails
  • Not following up the estimates, enquiries etc
  • Not having time to chase up payments
What work does Praemando currently carry out for you?

Praemando currently take care of my emails, diary, meetings, call answering, chasing late payments, LinkedIn account, Lead Generation and also keep me accountable for any on-going or pending tasks.

How does your business operate differently now?

It operates in more professional way and not as a one man band. I don’t have to worry about not being able to answer the phone and losing potential clients. I’m able to keep in touch with all the clients on a regular basis regardless of how busy we are. I don’t have to worry about renting an office or cover for holidays and I can have a flexible budget for admin, research etc which gives me freedom.

Have you experienced growth as a result of outsourcing to Praemando?

Yes, we did gain new clients and retain a number of existing clients due to the customer service performed by Praemando.

Have Praemando managed to take care of the previous struggles?

Yes, before the customer service was next to non existent.

Yes, I’m recommending other connections to Praemando whenever I can.

How your business was before you started working alongside Praemando and what struggles did you experience?

We couldn’t keep on top of our business leads. It’s difficult to find the time to call new leads and keep in contact as we have our existing clients to manage. Cold calling also isn’t a skill set that we have in our business.

What work does Praemando currently carry out for you?

Praemando cleanse our email list and call all leads.

How does your business operate differently now?

Everything is more streamlined. We know the all important cold calling is being undertaken and that our email list is being cleansed so all contacts are upto date and relevant.
